 ACTIVITY & STAYS CHART

ACTIVITY & STAYS CHART

ACTIVITY

"Activity" or occupancy, is CoWorkr's primary utilization metric

Activity is generated when a human interacts with a space or seat where our sensor(s) are located. This data is collected at 1-minute intervals but is viewed on the app in 30-minute buckets. The resolution of this data can adjusted by using the Interval settings of 1, 5, 10, 15 , or 30 minute buckets.

STAYS

The Stay is the average lengths of time a worker is seated at the selected locations, across the entire amount of selected time. For example, a stay might be 120 minutes— represented by the number of times a worker used the seat for an uninterrupted 120 minutes.

 WORKERS CHART

WORKERS CHART

WORKERS (AVERAGE ACTIVE WORKPOINTS)

Of a selection, this is the number of seats occupied simultaneously. This is a great metric for determining how many people use a space at the same time — for example, use this to estimate the average number of workers in a room.

 PEAK CHART

PEAK CHART

PEAK

The Peak is an event —date/time—in which the most number of seats were simultaneously occupied. Peaks are represented by a percentage of the total capacity (of selected seats). Use the peak to determine a specific high time. Peaks can also be seen by looking at the activity bar chart to visually identify high points of activity.

 VACANCIES CHART

VACANCIES CHART

VACANCIES (INACTIVE WORKPOINTS)

Of a selection, how many of seats remained completely vacant throughout the time range. This is defined by seats that have an average activity of less than 5%. Use vacancies to quickly glean the number of seats that are severely under utilized.

Interactive Charts

The lower section of the WorkPlace Analytics provides interactive charts that can be used to select specific subsets of data.

DATE RANGE

This long-range chart will display the full date range that you’ve selected (or the default). This can be used to filter out specific dates/time of activity by dragging over a selection.

DAILY

The daily Activity chart lets you compare all week days against one another. Each day can be included or removed by clicking the day — doing so will recalculate all of your results.

PEAK TABLE - BREAK DOWN OF EVENTS & FREQUENCY

PEAK ACTIVITY - DETAIL

This table lists the peak activity events throughout the course of your date/time selection. The table also includes the number of peaks that have occurred within 10% & 33% of this peak - giving you an indication of how many of the days selected also exhibited similar peaks. Each peak is given for the corresponding interval. For example, if you have a peak of 50%, and 75% of days are within 10%, that means 75% of your days are between 45-50%.
